Researchers' Night in Finland invites citizens, especially youth, to interact with researchers through open campus events. The initiative showcases the importance of research in improving lives and aims to make science more accessible and engaging for the public.
The trans-regional (Finnish regions:
Kouvola, Lappeenranta, Lahti regions) event Researchers Night has a strong aim to bring researchers into interaction with citizens and to invite all citizens and especially young people and schools to visit the open campuses that night.
The Researchers’ Night intends to increase the awareness of the importance of the research, and subsequently, it is targeted to demonstrate the great importance of researchers’ work for making a better world and a better life…
