Agoprene is developing eco-friendly furniture foam made from biomass, such as seaweed and wood waste, to reduce reliance on petroleum-based materials in the furniture industry. This innovative approach aims to create sustainable alternatives that maintain the quality and functionality of traditional foams.
Agoprene develops furniture foam from biomass to help the furniture industry reduce the need for petrochemicals.
By combining biomass from plants such as seaweed and wood waste, we have developed a furniture foam with zero petroleum.
The idea came to life in November 2019, after a long research within the field of biomaterials.
